what is the diffrence between b16a internals and d16a?

I was wondering what parts I could use from a b16a motor. like the rods, pistons and crank. Can I use any of those from a b16 on a d16? Sorry if this a stupid question, but i didn't know where else to ask. Thanks

I dont think any of the internals are compatable between B series and D series motors.
