how is the service there? they seem to have great prices for everything, do they give you a loaner car if it takes more then a day to work on your itr?

 

I never been there but the dealership there is awfully small.

 

bought my R there, been taking the R there for service ever since, nice folks, im almost at 60,000 miles. I would recommend it, a lot of coupons on the net as well for specific service(major,minor).

About the loaner, I think they need a week's notice that you would need a loaner.

never had service there..
but I bought both of my ingetra & TL at Tustin acura.. also do all the service there.. good service, nice people.

 

i go there for parts and what not and the parts guys are rude as hell... i wish i didnt have to deal with them. took me 2 months to get a oil dip stick for my ITR motor. askin the guy to check if he has something in stock is like asking him to walk 47 miles there and back. and the lady whose the cashier is a bitch too. one guy is nice tho... dont know his name.


over-all... they are ghey i hate going there.

 

i took my car their a cupple times. The parts guy can come off as a dick, but whats weird is i think thats just how he looks all the time, He was acting like a dick the first time i went in their but then wanted to come out side to check out my car.

The last time i went their i wasnt too happy, i had them do my 90K and 2 days later i heard this clanking noice... looked under the hood and saw the A/C tention pull fell off. I pulled it off and took it back, they fixed it. Try'd to tell me it wasnt a loose bolt but that they bolt broke.

Theirs a alright service guy their, i talked to him a cupple times, he has a buddy that does some road racing and stuff.

 

Great Place, my dad is friends with a lot of the guys there, though his car business, and from what i have heard on service on R's, is great, unlike some of the earlier stories i have been hearing about Tustin, and others, I would recomend it
