Try Windows Media Player, v. 7. Worked fine for me, give it a shot.
That's what i have and no workie. I even deleted it and downloaded again.

Well d@mn. Do you have Quicktime? Media Player sucks anyway, so i often times end up using Qucktime. Good luck man.
