high flow cat worth it or not ? i was told you need the backpressure for vtec to work right true or false?

 

i ran a hi-flow cat for awhile and i think its worth it...you can definately tell the power difference but since there is a loss of backpressure you will lose torque....by the way use this...its your best friend https://honda-tech.com/zerosearch
