1999 Accord EX 4-cyl, most common CEL code?
hey guys, my friend just got a 99 EX and the CEL just came on today while his wife was driving. he's freaked out, but i have told him not to be since it's probably not a big deal. we're going to pull the code later after his wife gets off work, but in the meantime, what is the most common code that is thrown with this new of an accord?

Tighten the cap and then it takes "three trips" to reset it. That's what the Manual says. Does anyone ever read the manual???

Yep.. same happen to my girl's car.
I took it in Honda for ignition recall and they pulled the code.
They replaced the ECU and Injectors on warranty. Something about the 98-99
had a very sensitive ECU.

your half right, it's code 90 for the gas cap being loose
