I know this may not me the right place but i though maybe someone in here would know.

I have a 93 si hatch and the rear calipers are sticking, they do not make a rebuild kit you can buy for the rear calipers. I researced this a while back and i think they were 94-96 RS calipers but i'm not sure now. If you can help please do.

 

try an auto parts store for a set of reman units if you cannot buy a kit from the dealer.

 

Yeah i know i can get remaned calipers but they are kinda $$$ for the rears. I'm looking to find some uses calipers in good condition, but need to know which ones to look for. I know for a fact certain year integra calipers will fit. If all else fails i will have to get remaned units.

 

All the EG rear calipers are the same as the 94-2000 Integra's...except ITR.

 

That sounds good, are you positive? I've heard that the mounting bracket on some of the integra calipers are different. So the cars with ABS share the same rear calipers as the ones without? Do you think you could source the calipers for me and i buy them from you? You seem to have access to these parts.

Try going here http://www.hondapartstore.com and looking for rear caliper part numbers. I did this when looking at fronts and found many honda product share the same calipers.

Example: ITR caliper is the same as Prelude VTEC (93-96), Prelude (97-01), Accord Wagon (all years), Accord V6 (all years), Acura CL V6 (97-99), etc.

 

I know but i'm trying to avoid spending $200-300. I can get remans anytime, i'm looking for a set of used calipers in good condition.

 

I used a remanufactured OEM caliper. $60.

All the 94-2000 Integra except the ITR use the same calipers and brackets, which is the same part number as the 92+ Civic and DelSol rear calipers.

I picked up used rear caliper for my 93 Integra from HAP recycling in Rancho (I believe) for like $55. All I needed was the mounting bracket which had rusted up but the caliper looked good enough to use.

 

the problem with rusty junkyard parts is they often need to be rebuilt as you are never sure what toll the elements took on them. And then we're back to square one.
