How is the headlight seal? Try spraying small amounts of water to see where the water is coming in from.

B2 - who doesn't like how his left tail light traps moisture

 

You have a crack somewhere or your rubber boot isn't sealing around the base of where the light bulb mounts.

I don't know how old your car is or how many miles are on it, but I had the same problem and took mine to the dealer and they replaced it for free. My cra is a 98 with 38k on it so technically it was a few months out of warranty, and at first they would not replace the headlight housing, which by the way is a $435 part from Acura, so I asked to speak with their manager, and he agreed to do it. Took it in the followihng Saturday and had a new headlight housing in, in an hour. to Crown Acura, good guys!
