Spoon vtec controller with a ****!

quick question. how do you set your vtec with just a **** that turns? anyone used one of these before?

The **** indicates the rpm at which vtec engages. Jackson Racing also has something similar to that. Do you have pics of the controller you could post?

i often wondered how the spoon controller worked also, there is no markings on the ****, just a LED, i was figuring that you could only set it when the car is moving, in that you drive along at, say 3500 rpm and screw the **** down till the light comes on, that way you know its now set at 3500rpm, but i'm not 100% sure if that is correct
