Can anyone list steps to this free mod?

remove some of the lining

there should be two screws holding the box in if i remember correctly.

just yank it out

 

or to make it really easy take off your front bumper first. should be able to figure it out from there

on mine there were three(one hidden grrr).no need to remove bumper just get under it with a racthet and extension.

 

removing bumper = much much easier. you can use the tool with more ease and actually see the hidden screws if you tried to do it w/o taking off the bumper

 

 

can you tell me how to remove front bumber then?
sorry i dont wanna mess up and un screw other bolts.

heres some pics there are 7 of those you have to remove....and one screw on each side of the fender where my finger is pointing...thats all you have to remove

 

Remove the bumper if you can, otherwise you have to pull/squeeze it through the lining and bumper. I did it without removing the bumper and wish I did. But the actual process of removing the resonator is easy, just locate the 2 or three screws and pull on it.

 

You forgot to mention the 2 10 mm bolts underneath the car. Just look for them, they are easy to spot.

 

you dont need to actually remove the whole entire bumper
