An ITR head is a B16A head with mild porting and ITR cams, springs, vavles, etc.
A GSR head has smaller combustion chambers so it will yeild a higher compression ratio.
B16A cylinder heads are pretty easy to find for a good price though and that makes them a good canidate for a LSVT after some upgrading.
