i want to attempt to make my own turbo manifold and i was wandering where i could get a head exhaust flange for a b16.

yes, they are just steel, im pretty sure geoff uses and sells just steel aswell. geoff, are yours stainless now?

 

RevHard Mfg sells them for about $29 Steel, the stainless is more, Idont know the price...they are quailty pieces laser cut with perfection.. the ports are matched to stock gasket and also have differetn sizes for ported and high flow race heads.. give them a call at 818-764-4312

 

for a head flange you would want to use mild steel instead of stainless because the expansion of stainless is 50% more than it is on mild steel. stainless head flanges have been known to pull studs right out of the head.

 

ours are prepped tho, not jsut mild steel.
