Default Pain in the *** exhaust install

i got my 5zigen in about a week ago and decided to go ahead and put it on...i was diconnecting the mid pipe from the cat and goddamnit i broke a bolt. My dumb *** forgot the WD-40. anyways so i go ahead and put the rest of the exhaust on and there a ******* leak. Now it didnt sound to bad but it was getting worse and worse. I stay up all night going back and forth to walmart buying nuts and bolts and hammers and dremels trying to get the bolt out of the cat but no luck. finally i went inside and waited for the the sun to come up and re-arranged my CDs. I drove 30 miles south to one of my good friend's shop. He walked down into the pit grabbed some Wb-40 (well i was actually suppose to be better than wd-40) a few squirts and a loud tap from a hammer and the bolt fell out. With sleep deprivation kicking in i drove back home, put the third bolt in. SOB! the damn heatsheild above the cat now rattles. I jacked the car back up and unbolted the heatsheild. ok now its done. Oh yeah and one bolt on the factory axle-back broke too. I hope I wont need that in the near future. Just thought id share. My 5zigen sounds bad *** at WOT but at idle its kind of tinny, not ricey and very mellow. All in all I like it a lot (my TRD on my GTS sounded better though) as far as power gains go it maybe gave me 3-4 hp but with my injen SRI VTEC is now god. Now i wonder what a DC sports JDM header will do?

I've always hated the cat->b-pipe connections...

i hate cat bolts. almost impossible to get enough torque to pry those suckers off. we didn't have a lift or air tools
