Ground Crontrol Coil overs spring rates.
Does anyone know where to check which springs rate i have?? I picked up a full set of them at a local junk yard off a 97 integra, i want to put them on my 93 Si hatch. i just wanna know wht the rates are for autoX.
yep those are around the right spring rates... stock gc spring rates are really soft... if u want to upgrade them it costs around 50+ bucks per set... for custom rates
what would be some good spring rates for autoX,thats what i am plannin to do with my car. and i dont think 200 and 180 will do very well.
cream of the crop? Get some of the not yet released Mugen kit when they come out... I think 1000lb. in front and 1800lb. in the rear. Not streetable at all! But can definately lower then lap times..

200/180 is NOT right, that's way too soft.
