In my opinion, you are pretty foolish to not go for the CL, esp when Accord will be Auto and CL will have 6 speed. If money isnt an option, CL-S hands down. Much more refined ride....bigger, more power, more luxury, better looks (my opinion), satisfaction of knowing that you have a CL-S 6 speed (very rare).

Coz cl-s cost more and yeah..less ppl have them.
I'll say hit the cl-s with 6speeds.

you might wait till January when the new acura TSX comes out.

220hp/6spd Type S should start around 25k...

one has already been spotted being driven around by Honda USA employees in Torrance California...

That last link is beautiful. I sell Acuras and so far all we've heard is the Type-S is getting 200hp but I have heard rumurs about the 20 but not from honda. As for the Accord and CL-S, the CL is by far the faster of the two. It's got more hp, torque, a better build quality, longer warranty, and the price is $31k MSRP. The 6sp Accord will be somewhere around $27 or 28K that doesn't include dealer markup. Without a discount the CL is worth alot more than the 3K difference. Drive them both you'll see what I'm talking about. If you live in Washington DC area stop by Karen Radley Acura/VW and see me, I'll get you a good deal. :D

The CL is an absolutely wonderful car. The quality of the interior is unbelievable and it is remarkably quiet and solid. Engine is extremely powerful and smooth, the transmission is awesome and it still gets as much as 30mpg. I also like not seeing too many of them around... I hear there were only 2700 6-Speeds made so in a way it is a rare car. For only a few grand more you can have the CL, but the Accord is also a very good car. I chose the CL for its exclusivity and tremendous value.
