Exhaust: Skunk2 or Apex'i
I'm looking for some low to mid range power increases and having heard both a Skunk2 cat back system and an Apex'i N1 i think they both sound great. Which has the best low to mid range power increases? Anyone know where i can find some dyno sheets to compare? Thanks
I use to have the Apexi N1 Catback system. This system is not for low to midrange power. Its for high end. Its a great exhuast and you won't be dissapointed. Check out there website for more info.
Well dont you think that if it's for top-end that i wont see very many street driving gains? I dont plan to hit the strip more than a couple times a year. know facts about the skunk2? Thanks boss
why do you want low to midrange (which doesn't exist in hondas) in a honda?? ( It's not like you need power when you are just "driving around town" you need power when you race...which means high end, when you race a Honda I pray to god you are in "high end"...
IMO Apex'i N1 is one of the best high-end exhaust for the price...I have it on my car it's great...It also comes w/a removable silencer which makes it as quiet as stock, once you remove it, it is one of the best sounds on earth..

My fault, maybe i am misunderstanding the terminology- What i was really lookingfor was some nice pickup through 3.5k and up- I got a hold of the skunk2 dyno sheets for their Mega Power Exhaust system http://skunk2.com/exhaust/mega_dyno.htm
Tell me what you guys think of that-

BTW i agree, dsludefosho- that Apex'i sounded like bliss without the silencer- The Skunk2 comes with a removable silencer as well..these things seem to be pretty identical. And, i must admit that i am a fan of the Skunk2 Touring Car driven by Taz Harvey if you may be so familiar.
Ok, My car w/the N1 seems (the good ole butt dyno) to pull harder from 4k and up than before...so if that is what you are looking for I would go w/the N1, I think it is less money than the Skunk2...
what I meant from my previous post is, when you are racing, you shouldn't be dropping below 5k and hopefully 5.5k..sorry to jump down your throat...h-t syndrome...
If you go w/the N1 you will not be dissapointed...
