WW front bumper fitment???????????
I have a 90 CRX SI and I am wondering how well the Wings West font bumper fits? Is it a bolt on or do you have to have a body shop put it on like almost all other aftermarket front bumpers?
The front bumper fits really well. My friend has and EF hatch that had that kit. If you are going to get anything get the whole kit. The side skirts and door caps eliminate the side mouldings. I personally think it's the best looking kit for the EF cars. That is except the Mugen one.(WW is the knockoff of the Mugen.)
I am thinking of getting the complete kit. I was also wondering if you need to use the stock rebar or can you leave it out? I need the room for my intercooler.
It is a good idea to leave the stock bumper support on. If you don't the bumper will sag. My friend tried this already. What we did was cut the center portion around the intercooler. This left the outside portions on the car to support the bumper. It only took about 10-15 minutes with a good sawzall.
Ok. I have installed the WW urethane bumper of my 1991 crx. It WILL fit over the bumper support, but you will have to get a hacksaw and cut an inch or two from these two sports that would sit just behind the sigal lights. If you don't, then the cover will not fit properly, and be pused out all the time.
