Hi.
I have an apex-i vafc on a stock B16A1 engine and would like know if any body knows the best vtec change over point and if i should change any of the fuel curve.

Another thing i would like to know is how easy is it to fit throttle bodys to this engine, what mods that have to be done to make it work well and where can i get a manfold fit them.

Thnaks for your help.

a good vtec switch point could be around 4800 rpms. if i'm not mistaking the factory set is 5200, but 48 sould be fine...
how easy is it to put a TB. just unscrew the one u have, buy bigger one and slap it on!!!

the "optimal" crossover point is different on every setup. theres no sure way to know what yours is unless you get some dyno time with it to see the results.

I have a different opinion than Joey....I had lag when mine was 5200 stock...and even more lag when 4800. I have mine set at 6500, that was done by dyno. And its very true theres no one best point. And my engine isn't stock.

I agree with Keebler, the only way to know for sure is to trow it on a dino, and if your running a Pw0 ECU I beleive you crossover is 4800
