Default coil over?

are all coils basicly the same for honda? i heard that it was the same..but the only thing differnet is the spring rate.. so if put integra coilover(i.e. groundcontor) on my crx will it give me a stiffer ride?

what the **** is the point of that? that is why ground control has diff. spring rates, and u can buy adj. shocks and set to your desired stiffness. Buy what is meant for your car.

Of course, the OEM suspension on the CRX is a coilover suspension. It's just not adjustable. The term "coilover" makes no reference at all to adjustability, length, spring rates, or damping power. Those are inherent in the springs, dampers, and sleeves (or in many setups, the shock bodies themselves). What you need is the correct spring rates for your application, the right length for your car, and a damper that can control those spring rates. That's basically all there is to it, adjustable coilover or not.
