Default Labor... How much to pay?

How much would you say the going rate on installing the below parts at the typical well known performance shops?

ST rear and front sway bars
Rear lower tie bar
tach
indiglo face gauges

depends if there is welding and torching involved. Could be consider custom and that will run $300-400. Depend if everything comes off easily And if you have places to mount the sway bar to. Like 93 civic I have seen no front sway bar.
