See sig for my 89...ONLY mods are HKS intake/DC Fab Header/Brospeed Exhaust/Gude cam. Stock ecu, stock i/m, stock t/b, stock clutch, Firestone Firehwawk 185/6014's. This was at over 200,000 miles on original, never rebuilt d16a6.

Last run was beginning of this year, 15.11@91...

90 civic 4 speed, Intake/exhaust, full interior, 19.5, that was the best, just did this for a baseline run. 800 bucks later, minus pass. seat, with DOHC zc, still have standard header, with crappy dx tranny, 16.3. could do better, still had heavy 16's on. with my custom tranny im working on building, and header/better homemade intake, i wanna be in the 14's

my CRX si stock with full interior was 17 sec flat.

I'm not a very good drag racer.... and that's ok because I don't enjoy it.

do not feel bad. 91 crx si ran 17.4@79mph with custom intake and crappy apc filter. But thats at 6000 ft. altitude. Man high altitude sucks for n/a racing.

What kind of time could I expect with just the B16 and simple bolts on like exhaust and cold air intake on a 91 STD Hatch?

I ran a 14.6 with a slipping stock clutch with 35K miles on it. Oh yeah, and thats at 2700'.
Thats a d16y8 with a homemade turbo setup running 9 psi with zdyne gold, 2.5" custom exhaust.....all of this in a 89 si with full interior. I'm hoping for high 13s with an act clutch...(hopefully soon to be)
