What is this guy selling??
Take a look at this auction. Is this guy selling a B18C engine, or is he selling a PICTURE of a B18C??
Read it carefully. Something sounds goofy.
I don't really care enough to ask the guy.

Up for auction is an exact copy of the picture below. Do not email with questions I check it once a week so its pointless, just dont do it thanks. What you see is what you get thats the best answer I can give ya. All shipping costs will be taken care of by me. Thanks for bidding!!
Any yes, it is true about the previous statement about trying to sue him an you will lose. Just for the fact that he did not mention that you are actually bidding on a motor.
Its like this one time someone had bidded on a PS system. The seller did not mention that he was selling the actual system but was selling the 'box.' So you have to be aware of how seller describe what they are selling.
hey i have 4 neg feedback from flakers who didn't pay
. haha oh well i see **** on ebay like this all the time, thats why you always read the description people

That guy is definitely trying to scam someone. It pisses me off that people try to pull a fast one like that.
I just emailed the high bidder about the scam and sent a complaint to Ebay as well. Just for the record, being a law student, anyone could bid whatever they wanted for that auction and if they don't pay, the seller would NOT be able to collect on the money as they deliberately attempted to misrepresent what they were selling and defraud the buyer.
On the flipside, an argument could be made that the buyer perceived he was paying for an engine, and the seller COULD be on the hook to provide what the buyer thought he was paying for. Anyways, I hope that guy's account get banned.
