DYNO'd my car!!! I need your feedback.
And I'm pretty damn dissapointed.
The VERY first time I ran my car, I got 162wHP, but run after run, it started to dicrease. Maybe because of the heat?
Here's my first graph:
Here's my graph I got today with the new Exhaust on:
What is goin on? Why isn't my car making that much power? And my car was making less power with the new Exhaust on! And you can see that my car was ranging alot in VTEC in the second graph.
I really don't know what the problem is. Is it cuz I'm running on Stock Intake Manifold and stock ECU?
You can also see that my car makes power until the redline, and it looks like it would make more power if I went further than 8000rpm. Is it because I'm running on stock Valvetrain and Redline?
Stock GS-R put out 142wHP. I got 158wHP with my setup so that's a 16wHP gain. Does that sound reasonable? I was expectin somewhere around 170wHP.

It says Broken fan, is that your car fan or the shop fan. They should be blowing that big fan under your car, otherwise the heat will definitely affect it. And corroded plugs, get some new NGKs and do a tune up and oil change.

that looks about right, What was tvec x -over piont. That would help smooth out the curve, Disable vtec, do a run to 7200rpm, then only vtec at 3000k do a run and plot the torque curve. Where big cam and little cam over lap thats where you set your vtec. You want vtec transition to be smooth and unnoticable only to the dyno.
Plus, where is your redline, looks like those cams need about another 500-700rpm up top. Are your cams been degreed at all, to find the perfect tdc. What is your fuel pressure, to much gas is a killer, did the tuner put the sniffer in the exhaust. You do have something to tune the fuel with, or maybe I missed it in your post. Plugs help when they are new, so does plug gaps. Check ignition timing also, B16a is 16 degrees. What weight oil are you using, mobil 1 or 5-30. Do you a high flow cat, I don't remember reading about one. Maybe not enough back pressure. Exhaust size maybe to big or not big enough. There are alot of thing. Buy the hondata for tuning the car.

Fuel Pressure is at 48psi.
Everything else, I have absolutely no idea...
Did the dyno tuner adjust your cam gears? Every setup is different, so the cam gears need to be tuned individually for every engine. Once the cam gears are tuned, then adjust the ignition timing.(side note:every time the intake cam timing is changed, the ignition timing needs to be reset to base setting). Then the tuner sets the fuel pressure and vafc to optimize power output. Your setup should be making more power, properly tuned.
edit: I just looked at your dyno times-not very much cooldown time between pulls-that will hurt your readings/ lower your numbers.

Something has to be major wrong you should be pushing in upwards of 170.
My car w/ b16 150 compression across the board aem CAI, jdm ITR header, skunk 2 manifold and 2.5 exhaust w/ Jun cam gears ran 160 hp atw and 108 tq.
You may need to see what your timing was how was your air fuel ratio were you leaning out?Yah they should have changed your cam gears several times before they get final numbers.

most liely due to exhaust, spark and heat. all three combined can defintly lower your output by alot.
my JDM GSR putout 174whp/127lb/ft with ITR intake cam, cone filter, JDM4-1 + JDM 2.5" cat.

get a tuneup. how many miles on your car. weather can smoting 10 hp.
what do u run in the 1/4mile? ur fastest trap speed?
yeah u should be in the 160's, u need some tuning.
and the stock manifold is good. don't dog it.

That sounds about right to me...i/h/e and the other small mods don't really do much, so it's basically depending on your cams and any kind of tuning from the VAFC.
