Anyone have pics for the Mugen Hardtop ? FRP version ?

 

Like the one on this? Comes with a soft top and a hard?

I like the look of the Hardtop on the S2000.

 

Please note that both the Carbon fiber and Fiberglass versions are supplied unpainted.

 

Personally I am not feeling the fin on that top.

 

not bad looking at all...i hate the rag top...hopefully they offer hard-top or t-top oem...

I like the hard-top S2000's.

They look better IMO.

 

I like the factory option hard top more than the Moogen one.

Thanks for the pic. I wonder did this guy painted the whole top ? The CF version has the part (carbon) on the side being unpaint so what clour did he paint it to ?

i think the oem looks good on stock cars (with the oem kit), and the mugen looks good with modified cars.

i have the oem hardtop, but i only have the oem kit. dxlst (posted earlier on this thread) has the mugen hardtop, but he's got the j's racing front lip (half-bumper), and it matches his car better.

The picture of the black S2000 with the Mugen hardtop that dxtlst posted is Scott Zellner's. It's full cf, but was painted on the top and portions of the side to black. The side "panels" are still in carbon fiber finish. The "stock" Mugen cf hardtop is beautifully clearcoated showing the cf weave over the WHOLE hardtop. The front "lip" is the Mugen AP1 front fascia, as opposed to the Mugen SS front bumper cover. The J's front lip is yet another style.

The picture of the black S2000 that "Effect" posted is a fully painted black FRP top avec an OEM front lip (with the Mugen MF10 wheels....and crappy rear S02's!!! to you Mike.)
