A while ago I had a bad fuel cutoff solenoid and when I would come to a stop or pump my brakes the engine would bog down and die. Since the 'noid has been replaced the engine doesn't die, but the rpms still drop. I had the carb overhauled not long before the 'noid died.
What is causing the RPMs to drop?
