after i did my b16 swap w/ adjustable shift linkage, i noticed that my shifting is much longer and after driving for a while (when it gets hot), i have hard time shifting. I have to jam into the gear. does anybody have the problem? and how can i solve this problem?

have you checked your fluid level?.. if thats not it.. try adjusting the linkage. gl

 

i've gone thru. a tranny already. this is a new one and it still does the same thing. Some told me if you have shitty short shifter, you will have hard time shifting. you guys think i should invest on a new short shifter?

try putting a stock shifter in. Short shifters are junk IMO

 

i forgot where mine go. i have a stock GSR one. i'ma try that baby on and see

I agree. Put stock on or maybe even try a differnet linkage

 

alright. i change dthe shifter that came w/ the hcp adjustable linkagke. however, it still shifts hard as hell when the engine is hot. could this be caused by clutch? or linkage?

make sure your clutch cable is adjusted properly.

 

recheck ur tranny fluid..thats call d balky shifting ..when ur fluid become s to slippery for the syncros to mesh

 

what's the mean? replace the tranny fluid?
