We went to look at the car yesterday to see how bad it was:

The motor doesn't sit straight, since the mounts were from the wrecked Del

There is yellow over spray in the wheel wells

Even with their "extra inch of fiberglass" the front bumper doesn't fit, almost inch gap around the corners

Claims 200hp with short ram, Header, univeral muffler, no cat

2000lbs= full interior, body kit, wheels

OH the list goes on, and wants $10,000 for it.

Oh yeah he was saying since there was no tach he might install a Monster tach and use the shift light to engage VTEC. So he can lower it to 4k

I can die happy after visiting this place.

Yes, it was truly classic. TDC and I could hardly contain our laughter the entire time we were there. He told us he keeps getting emails from "stupid *************" telling him the car doesn't weigh 2000lbs and that his intake is not a cold air and that there's no way it makes 200hp. Of course we just played along and tried to side with him just for laughs. It was soooo funny.

 

wow, all i can say is poor civic, blitz front, oem side, black widow rear, and bright yellow....too much fast in the furious!! and 200 hp, you got to be kidding me

I wanted the dash and targa from the DEL , for my wifes car. He saids it was fine.
We get there, the guy in the garage saids "Yeah the dash is out here" and YES it was OUT THERE, out side sitting on the truck of the car in the icy rain. The dash was fucked, air bag poped, cluster ripper out. And the targa, well someone BOUGHT THE WEATHER STRIPPING off it, and it was digged to hell. Only thing honestly good in that Del was the OBD1 ECU plugs.

That was the best rainy day ever.

that's pretty funny, considering my jdm b16a w/ intake, exhaust, cams, throttle body......doesn't make 200 hp!!! oh, wait, the body kit and the yellow paint. i forgot, that's good for 25 extra horse, unless it's dupont paint, then they'll get the extra 5, equalling the 200 hp

Yeah, I'm on as Vtecivic99. I drive a '99 Si EBP with tinted windows and factory spoiler. Looks pretty much stock on the outside.
