Default D15B1 restrictor plate

will removing the restricor plate cause any problems? Will I have to get a pm5 ecu instead of using my pm9? Is the exhaust manifold on the 91 std the same as the si?

If the restrictor plate is that stupid brass colored piece of metal in the air chamber removing it does nearly nothing, my car seemed exactly the same before and after.

Well then would changing the throttle body increase air flow if removing the restrictor plate does nothing?

Well changing the throttle body would basically mean doing a MPFI swap.
