Stock itr throttle body, or aftermarket?

Stock itr throttle body, or aftermarket?
I have heard two different things, stating one is more beneficial than the other, what do you guys think, if you have a stock tb what made you decide to stay stock, if you have a aftermarket tb, what did you choose and why???

There is nothing wrong whatsoever, this is for my curiosity, and getting opinions to help clear things up for me.
