my flywheel wont come off!?
i took all the bolts out so i can swap it from my old engine to my new one, and it wont budge...i thought it was supposed to come right off, i dont want to bend it from pring, its an alum. one
damn, what kind of flywheel, that sucks stock ones come off like nothing, rubber mallet is your best idea, possibly pry from 2 diff sides at once (not really a great idea tho).
its a cm 10 lb, ill try again in the morning...ot, but does anyone have a link or something to help me install h23 tenisor on the h22 from scratch, there is nothing on there now

Try this.. Heat. in the form of a blow torch and not a lighter. Heat the entire flywheel slowly. The heat will expand the flywheel enough to get it off the crank but be sure to use thick gloves. Be carefulbecause the fly might just decide to fall off.

the engine is in my house so i am not worried about it falling. it wont do any damage it by heating it?
well i tried BEATING it w/a rubber mallet...nothing so i just went ahead and heated it like i have done to crank pullys, not too much but enough. it took a good bit of heat AND hitting it w/the mallet...but its off and it doesn't look warped, but i will have it checked when it is resurfaced
well how much does a new plate cost? i cant even resurface a real tiny layer, there is hardly any where, i can barly feel a little wear on it. i only put 10k at the most on it

An air gun would take it right off
