buddy club racing spec dampers...
what is the advantage of having stroke adjustment rather than just height adjustment of the spings? on A&J's site (http://www.aj-racing.com/buddy/rsdamper.htm) is that bottom perch the stroke adjustment?
please post reviews for those who have them... ride, handling, noises, ease of install/adj... thanks

Bump, I'm not sure my explanation is correct, I'm sure someone can explain it- I saw some in the Classifieds section for a pretty decent price too
I ran/raced these this year and will swear by them.
you can adjust your height via the bottom mount then adjust the stroke via the spring perch.

whats the advantage of having adj stroke as compared to adj height?

you don't raise and lower the car with the spring, you lower it using the lower part of the coilover(the mount). This way you can adjust the ride height without sacrificing suspension travel.
