Insurance varies a huge amount based on your age, where you live, your driving record, etc.
If you're trying to get an idea of how much it would cost to insure an S2000 (or any other car), call your insurance company or use a web service like http://www.insweb.com Yes, they can give you an estimate BEFORE you actually buy the car.
