Is there a thred in here that shows the custom speaker boxes for the 5th gen hatches. If not can you guys post some pics, i want to installa custom system. thanx..

The first and last ones look the best...

Neon setups only look good when done properly though, i will post my system when it is done, currently in construction. Another 2 months i'd say...

 

Nice pictures if you're into that type of install but i'm more into stealth myself. In my hatch I installed two 10" subs in sealed boxes about 1 cubic foot each (one behind each door). Basically I fiberglassed in the entire area behind the plastic panel, bellow the molded in arm rest. I drilled a row of three, 2" holes through the panel at the level of the bottom seat cussion. It sounds really tight and with the amps hidden as well you would never know that there is anything special in the car.

Unfortunately that car was in a fatal accident and I didn't take any pictures of the install (which I regret). I'm in the middle of re-creating my baby and i'll document it this time.

i wouldnt mind see pics and ur install. sounds good. i'm going for show so i need my system to be showin knwo wut i mean. i m gonna put the system in there for likw show use only. i rarely bump music in my car. and i dont wanna attract unwanted attention such as thieves.
