who in here has them, i have the mirrors , but do not know how to wire them bitches up. please help me

they make jdm folding mirrors for accords too? do they make them for 96-97 accords?

 

yes they do. and if you have the switch and the relay, it should be pretty easy. there is one extra wire coming off of the switch. that goes to the relay. you need to tap the positive and negative from the switch and run them to the relay too. then there are 2 wires left on the relay, which each go to the extra two wires on each mirror. I dont know what wires are what, because I just used trial and error.

 

Where did you get yours. I haven't been able to find any.

I got mine a long time ago with everything for a little over 100. this was before anyone really cared about anything 'JDM'. now they are hard to find and overpriced (like 200+ depending on car/year) I don't think its worth it really.

 

yah i got the relay box, and switch. i paid $230 for mine, overprived, but its all good. does anyone have a diagram? you can find them on ebay sometimes

 

what is the advantage of JDM fold in mirrors? do they add 10 horsepower?

So what are considered tech questions? Just to be clear on this, is it only suspension and motor related or is it everything that has to do with working on your car, even electrical?

its tech, not rice tech

this is a semi electrical related question, but its related to a rice part(s)

just like anyone who would ask to wire up altezzaz, winsheild light squirters and the like would get the same response.

ok since this isnt wiring up altezza, and windshiels lights squirteres, its seems to be alright to me. and also seeing that its also on an accord, it seems ok to me, if it pisses you off so much, oh godly one you, dont read it or post on it.

 

Sorry for the misunderstanding, i still don't think that's right, but that's my opinion. So what exactly is the definition of rice? It's not like he asked how to install big mouth front bumper, alteeza's, or windshield wiper lights. IMO i think they are all ghetto! so is everything JDM, rice by H-T's standards? I think we could focus all the negativity towards the bling bling stuff, but flaming him for asking help about something relevant to accords.

I understand that mod's are trying to keep the forum more tech focused. I for one, am grateful that we don't see stupid threads in our forum anymore. But i think that his question was a reasonable one.

lol, they are side view mirrors that when you turn off your car, they go into the "FOLD" position to prevent it being hit if your car is parked along the curb in the street.

why does everyone always talk **** about other peoples cars? so what if you think its rice. its their money and they want to spend it on whatever they want. you dont have to be all like blah blah blah blah rice this rice that. if you dont like what hes doing, then dont even read the thread.
