mileage question...
I dont know much bout motorcycle engines but i know that they dont last as long as car motors... so how much is to much mileage on a motorcycle? particularly a ninja 250, since thats what im lookin to buy...im not lookin to pay much for my first bike so im lookin at these early 90's ninjas with approx 10-25k miles on them..
taken care of you should be able to get over 70K niles out of one..
I dont know about kawasakis but there are alot of hondas running around with more than 100k miles on em. There is a guy that used to live down here in florida with a 93 900rr with over 120k on it. He stunts the bike and beats the hell out of it and no major work has been done to it.
There is also a european with a mid 90's 900rr. He has toured the world with it and put something like 200k miles on it. He has damaged other things like rims/frames/brakes etc...
Bikes usually are crashed/wrecked before their engines wear out UNLESS you smote the **** out of it and dont take care of it.
