More HORSEPOWER wanted if possible
Without installing a S.C or T.C in my PRELUDE what will give me the biggest bang for my buck. Currently I have: AEM-CAI <Cold Air Intake>, AEM Cam Gears, AEM Fuel Rail, AEM Adjustable Fuel Regulator, APEXI VAFC, 5-Zigen Catback Exhaust, Nology Wires, Denso plugs, MSD Ignition, MSD Blaster 3 Coil, DC Sports Strut Bars

id go with pistons and flywheel. and maybe some NAWZZZZ.
You have alot of possibilities.
Cams, header, or a good nitrous oxide system. I have a Venom Nitrous System sitting at my friends shop but I'm too much of a wuss to put it in. Maybe this summer.

ya, why would it warp? i hope it doesn't i have acm 10 lb i used w/n2o for 2 monthes, now my engine is about done and i will be pushing 15-25 psi, AND 80-120 shot
n20 is the best bang for the buck, but the best answer and your best friend when it comes to relialibilty and getting the most out of your parts is DYNO TUNING

why would it warp an aluminum flywheel?
n2o will definately make it fast, but bewarned stock honda pistons dont like boost or nitrous, and love to break ringlands. My motor didnt particularly like boost. now 3g's later i have a built bottom end
well to answer your original question, preludes=heavy which means you need alot more power than just a set of cams to make your car fast like you want for the money you want to spend. I see one route FI or NOS
