Which Walbro pump should i buy ??? GSS317 or the GSS342-HP?????? help me

this is going to be for an integra GSR with a JRSC which do u guys recommend cause there the same price. Which do u think i should purchase cause im not so sure

Get the 255 high pressure unit just to be on the safe side.
