h23 throttle body on 91 f22a1?? i searched!
i have my mom's old auto 91 accord lx with the ex 4-2-1 header. the post i read is vague but the upper half of the intake manifold and TB(3") from an h23 would fit the lower half of the f22a6 dual stage int. manifold. my questions are:
what year/trim h23 manifolds and TB will work?
will i need to change to ex computer to use dual stage manifold?
which parts would have to be specifically for auto?
i will be doing all work myself and in mia parts are kinda cheap if ya know what i mean. is this worth it misa? thanks i appreciate it.

ok, that won't work. first off you have an f22a1 in your lx. i have an ex which is the a4, and the 92-93's ex's have the a6. the intake on those a6's is completey different than the a1 or a4. first off you would have to get the intake and ecu from an f22a6 for yoru car and i don't even know that it would bolt up to an a1, i know it does an a4. then you would haev to get that h23 manifold to fit on there and all that jazz. if you noticed in that other forum, they are talking about f22b engines, not a engines. those come from teh newer hondas. also, where did you get the 4-2-1 header for that lx? that's not factory. tha'ts factory on the a4 (ex) engine, but not the a1 engine. that should up your hp some. other than that, i have no idea about the intakes and stuff. i don't know how you would benifit from it unless you actually needed higher fuel flow which in a stock car you won't. anyone else?
