Default scratched can! =(

my yosh has a scratch in the ss sleeve... any suggestions on getting it out? tried metal polish by hand but it's hopeless

buy a new can. Or keep polishing. the first one has a better chance of sucess

unfortuntately #1 is not an option because it was brand new. stupid bodyshop scratched it and won't pay, and i don't have $150 to replace it.

that sucks. What kind of scratch? How deep, what type of can? Metal, carbon, alum, titainium?

old-school yosh zyclone stainless. really hard to find parts these days for this thing. it's a surface scratch, no crease, but it's deep enough to run your nail in it

that sucks. To bad cause thats a nice lookin bike too. If its deep enough to run a finger nail in then the only way to get it out is with a new can. Id just ignore it or make up a good story about why its scratched. You dumped on a twisty road or something. Dumped ont he track is also a good one. Just make sure you have safty wire or say its not a track bike any more. Good lookin bike though
