Default Aftermarket steering wheel and horn question (probably beaten to death)

right now i have a momo hub and mugen momo wheel on my dc2. can anybody explain to me how exactly i have to wire up the horn and what parts i'll be needing? i've been told how to do it many different ways but i wanna know if there is a for sure way to rig this up. sorry if this topic has been touched a million times, just wanna make sure if it's something that is possible.
