Im going to be lowering my 1999 Honda Civic coupe and i plan to buy an Eibach pro kit and get an Alignment done. Will I need shocks? By the way I will never AutoX.

 

i would if i were you.

 

eibach claims that they springs are made for the manufacture struts, but you might as well do it now. Get some KYB AGX struts. Check out http://www.groupbuycenter.com and *** Imports is doing a special on them. i got mine for 325 shipped with the coupon that can be found in the best deals forum.

 

you dont need them, I drove on my stock shocks and gc's for about a year with no problems. But if you have the extra money you might as well pick up some shocks too just so you wont have to take apart your suspension twice.

also, do the shocks so you don't have to do another alignment.

 

if ur going to have the shop install them..may as well do them both so u dont have to pay twice..or depending on ur mechanical skill s..u might want to do them at the same time since u have to remove the struts anyway
