Default AEM Cam Gears

Hey people... I got a H23 and I'm thinking about getting the AEM cam gears. for those who has a similar setup tell me how many hp and torque I will gain from this? I got a CAI, headers, exhaust, pulleys, and cat. Also, I heard that I MUST dyno the car, is that true?
