before you run out and buy a huge bike like that look into the zx12r and hyabusa owners forums. My buddy has a 2000 zx12r and it keeps eating clutches and whatnot and it is pretty much stock. the 2000/2001 zx12r have clutch basket issues according to mulitple speed shops and several kawasaki dealers. also some of the zx 12r's came out with an "incorrect clutch stack height" leaving problems. Unfortunately kawasaki is not being proactive in trying to correct the problem. My buddy took his 12r in the shop 3 times for the clutch issue, they adjusted the cable and told him it is fine. He is buying the muzzy clutch basket kit and lockout hub for the clutch which will be ~1000 bucks.

I know with a turbo it is gonna be much worse.....
Good luck with your purchase, it is a fun bike to ride

yup, I know a guy putting out 213.2 hp to the rear of his zx12 and he was having a fit w/ his clutch as well. I'll have to ask him if he went w/ the muzzy box or what

EDIT: SNOW!!
