Brake ???
Hello All...I Did a search, but didn't find what I was looking for.
I'm getting ready to get a set of AXXIS Ultimates for my front brakes and had a question. Should I replace the rears with Axxis as well? right now they are OEM rears with about 65% life left on them.
Will this cause a problem since the front brakes will bite harder and brake better with the Axxis pads?
TIA for any and all help.

For a street driven and/or AX car I would use Hawk HP or HP+ and OEM rears. I have this setup (front HPs) on my 93 Teg and love it. Yes, the Hawks dust a bit more than OEM but the improvement is worth it.
You can probably get by very well with OEM Acura fronts in these conditions.

I went w/ Hawk HPs front and rear along w/ Brembo solid rotors front and rear.. haven't had any problems w/ stopping or anything.. I've done some stops on turns and haven't had any problems w/ my car losing control or anything...
Thanks for the input guys
I've decided to go with the Axxis Ultimates in the front (Thanks for the hookup Andie @ Cobalt
) and keep the OEM's in the rear. If it seems that the rear is struggling, I'll just call up Andie and get some Axxis' for the rear. He said I should be okay with a daily driver that never auto-x's
Thanks again................
