Default pr3-a2 type r head?

Someone i kno got a an ls/vtec done at some shop and they were supposed to give him a type r head. But the owner skipped countries and the motor blew after a wk. So he just wants to know if they gave him a type r head or just a b16a head. It says pr3-a2 on it. Thanks

Type-R intake valves have thinner stems near the head area (of the valve) for better flow and less weight.
