My friend purchased a Greddy header for an EX, even though he has a DX HB. I know that the header bolts right up to the engine and piping w/o any modification, because I've seen it done on a DX coupe.

How hard is it to make an extension for the O2 sensor? Can you just splice the wires yourself, or is it better to get a longer set of wires?

 

I just spliced mine. I just made sure not to get the wires mixed up cause it sucks diggin through your wiring

 

Are you running a cat now with your setup? I know that the O2 sensor is before the cat... are you getting a continous CEL?

 

if its a post 96 ull have 2 O2 sensors..one at the top of the exhaust manifold and the other behind the cat..and the cat and manifold are integrated..ull take the manifold off and along will come the cat..ull need a new cat. and a down pipe from the header to cat..attach one sensor to the header and the other behind the cat..i first put it in front of the cat..but kept getting a *check engine light*..i reinstall d the second sensor behind the cat. and it work out fine..and if u know the right guy, it ll even pass smog..IM me if u need help with the install
