help with coilovers
I'm doing my coilovers now, and am running into some problems. This is my first time doing coiovers. I have KYB AGX shocks, and Skunk2 coil overs. someone told me that that combo would work, but it looks kinda wierd. I dont think they work together. Has anyone ever used this set up. Is it suppose to work?

People have used it before, but it's not a setup I would personally recommend. Maybe you can be more specific on what your problems are?
In the rear, the sleve... does it just slide down and rest on the spring perch welded to the shock body? The part of the perch a spring would rest on it about 2-3" higher.
We need to have the car lowered no less than 2" so this combo looks VERY low.
The coils were bough used over EBay
What SHOULD be included with them? All that I see is 4 coils 4 sleves 4 red upper spring perch pad thingies and a shiit load of O rings
no manual of course

This may or may not help but when i did my GC with kyb agx install, my manual for the GC's said i had to file down the drain hole on the rear strut about 1/4 of an inch. Then you can slide the coilover over that, It settles much better with the drain holed filed down...but its resting about 1-2 inches above the spring perch that you are talking about
