hole in my exhaust! how bad is this!?!?
i recently looked under my car and i found a hole in my piping about a foot before the muffler and i found ab out 2 holes in my muffler..its stock...and my car is dropped about 3" with a realllly steep driveway...will this damage anything? internally? and could this be the reason my cars feeling so sluggish? and why im getting bad gas mileage!? sorry guys just needed sum help...i will be getting this fixed next week...oh yeah and when i put my hand where my exhaust tip is i can hear/feel that the exhaust gases are sputtering...it flows out in little bunches not a direct flow.....TIA!!!!!!!

it all depends on the size of the holes. it might cause turbulence in the flow of the exhaust gases. just get some jbweld and patch it up.
It'll get bigger for sure...with moisture, heat, rust, etc etc...I'd patch it up, if not consider replacing it

Are the holes from rust or from scraping? If it's not rusted out, someone can cut a few patches of steel and braise them on and it should be fine. If it's rusty just get a new muffler.
did you not realise before looking under there that the exhaust was blowing out, you usually car hear it especially on decelleration, I would just get a new exhaust as welding on a mild steel stock exhaust never lasts that long, so be done with it now and get a s/s one
