Installing a Fuel Pressure Regulator---Help

I have a 99' Integra LS. I removed the regulator off the rail but the instructions say to cut off the top part and install the new one. Any tips or suggetions would really help.

get a marker... And mark the factory regulator, put it in a vise then use a hacksaw and cut away
