spoon or mugen

i have a stupid question, which header to exhuast is better? spoon or mugen?
and what do you guys think of spoon's brakes?
i drive a type s myself.. thanks for ur help.

honestly i love spoon everything .. but i'm in love with the mugen body kit.. so yea spoon def!

You can find a better exhaust for the money.

Hahahaha. To "22849," what do you mean by header to exhaust? You're not gonna get great gains with a catback exhaust on a mildly modded N/A vehicle. Get, AEM CAI, Hondata ECU reflash, and then pick the best sounding exhaust.

Spoon and Mugen stuff is both very expensive, but very high quality.
