Default Are there carbon kevlar hoods for the ITR?

I have a PY and I think a carbon kevlar hood would look awesome on it, besides the weight savings.

I don't know if they are available in a mixture of carbon fiber and kevlar. But you can get them in carbon fiber that usually has a fiberglass under structure. Mine has a carbon fiber top and fiberglass bottom frame, but it was called a carbon fiber hood. This was a custom made one though. I don't know if the Spoon Sports or other manufacturers are all made this way.

Just make sure when you go to choose on a hood to find out how much it weighs. Just because it is made out of carbon fiber doesn't mean its light. When I did my JDM conversion I weighed my JDM "CF" hood @ 31 pounds. The USDM hood that got replaced weighed 34 pounds. (This was done on a bathroom scale). Not exactly a blistering difference. Of course all this doesn't matter if you're just going for bling.
